No need for manual supervision
By using the built-in nitrogen emergency flushing container to enhance safety performance, the kiln can operate fully automatically without supervision. Equipment safetyPLCThe controller, pre flushing, hydrogen introduction, operation, fault monitoring, and flushing are all automatically performed at the end of the process. When a malfunction occurs, the working pipe will be immediately flushed with nitrogen and the equipment will automatically enter a safe state.

vacuum pump
We offer various vacuum pumps based on the final pressure (see also below)“vacuum pump”):

Hint:
To protect the pump, only the cold vacuum method can be used. Due to the fact that high temperatures can reduce the strength of the working tube, it is necessary to comply with the maximum working temperature under vacuum conditions (see“Control mode and work management”).
